This is the Extreme Duty version of our popular Defender model. This holster has been specifically designed with strength and durabilty in mind and is especially suited to individuals who are tough on their gear. Made with heavy duty Kydex, and Mil-Spec steel hardware, this holster is not for the weak or faint of heart, and it will stand up to any punishment you can give it!
Our LEVEL 2 Warrior is made exactly the same as the Warriror Holster, with the exception of the thumb break leather strap. This strap makes it much more difficult for someone to draw your weapon for example in a crowded area, or makes sure your gun goes along for the ride when you take a tumble off your horse or bike.
The leather retention strap snaps loose with a firm push of the thumb on the back of the holster, and the gun is still held in by the regular retention of our Kydex holsters.
The leather strap is removable so the holster can be used normally if desired, and the non-light bearing holsters retain the retention adjustment screw.
