Mentors one or more Enterprise Systems Analysts. Is involved in the transition to the new processes where applicable. Establishes project plans with clients and IT resources, tracks and reports status, proactively manages overall project expectations. Keeps management and stakeholders informed of project progress, budget and resource status and other key project metrics on a regular basis. In conjunction with management, establishes project plans with clients and IT resources, tracks and reports status, and proactively manages overall project expectations. Liaises with software suppliers and other third parties, as required, to provide timely and cost:effective customer support. Has an awareness of industry best practices along with the ability to suggest innovation where possible. Takes ownership of support issues, utilizing other internal/external expertise as required. Ensures all tasks are managed to a successful conclusion and communicated to the customer. Evaluates and works to implement improvements to existing applications collaboratively with the business. Builds and maintains close and effective working relationships with the Operations organizations. Awareness of the Global Enterprise Application Portfolio principles and technical standards to ensure compliance. Encourages consistent processes and technologies across the business. Possesses awareness of industry best practices along with the ability to suggest innovation where possible. Establishes and sustains close working relationships with client project sponsors and subject matter experts as well as IT technical, development and support area to define and implement services and support. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or additional equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 6 years relevant experience with an emphasis on enterprise application software and related technologies. Ability to work independently and/or lead Enterprise Systems Analysts on projects. Expertise in Purchasing (inclusive of iProcurement) and Inventory required. Expertise in eAM, Contracts, Sourcing, Landed Cost Management, GTM, and/or OTM will be given additional consideration, Experience in some or all of the following technologies: Web Based Application Support Oracle RDBMS; SQL, and PL/SQL, Oracle Discoverer or similar business intelligence tools. Prior experience with software implementation projects.
