Job Description:
Seeking full:time Transaction Coordinator for a real estate office in the Galleria Area. Minimum 1yr real estate experience is required. Must be detail oriented, excellent verbal and written communication, dependable, and very organized. Must be able to work independently and get things done. Some weekends are required. Duties include but not limited to:1. Process files from contract to closing in a detailed and organized manner.2. Prepare and track documents and timelines from point of acceptance to close of escrow.3. Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with borrowers.4. Provide consistent, quality:controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale.5. Setup Property Searches for Buyers through Client Gateway6. Schedule showings for buyers and prepare Buyer Tour Packets7. Assist buyers with loan approvals and log all approvals in Google Docs8. Prepare Buyer Orientation Packets and counsel buyers on the home purchase process9. Assist with setup and marketing of listings10. Provide weekly status reports to all parties in the transaction and perform weekly check:in calls to clients11. Prepare CMAs and Market Reports for Buyers and Sellers12. Prepare Listing Packets13. Nurture all listing leads until ready to list14. Coordinate closings, meetings, webinars, etc.15. Run errands as neededAnd more.... We are only seeking people that want a future in real estate. Experience on the admin or sales side of the real estate industry is required. Must be open to acquiring real estate license (company sponsored) if not currently licensed. Hiring Immediately.
