We are looking for preferably Licensed Real Estate Agents to help field the 100s of calls coming in monthly from our real estate investing marketing. The position duties include: taking lead calls from buyers and sellers, researching and performing due diligence on residential properties, making offers, negotiating contracts, and deal processing. We have two positions available. Our inside sales position involves fielding and pre:screening buyer and seller leads over the phone. Our outside sales opportunity involves meeting with buyers and sellers in person, making offers and putting properties under contract.
