The Finger Companies, a national multi-family developer and manager since xxxx headquartered in Houston, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist the CEO and working closely with the company?s property management executives and staff in performing the traditional asset management functions, including the following:
?Monthly re-pricing and renewal rates
?Review and approval of operating and capital expenditure budgets
?Review and analysis of operating and financial performance
?Reporting to and communication with lenders and partners
?Negotiation and implementation of agreements with vendors and service providers, including telecommunications and utilities
?Coordination of risk management and litigation matters
?Establishment and modification of operational policies and procedures
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor?s degree and five (5) years of related hands-on experience with multi-family rentals.
$75,000/year, performance incentives and benefits package, including 401(k), medical and dental benefits.
Candidate must live in Houston, Texas or surrounding county.
