JOB DESCRIPTION: PROPERTY MANAGER As a property manager, you act as an ambassador for Nova Asset Management to our current and future residents. You are fully accountable for all day:to:day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. You must provide exceptional customer service to both residents and prospects in order to increase renewal, revenue and overall satisfaction. You will supervise onsite staff and be responsible for leading, developing and engaging them, in order to be successful while minimizing employee turnover. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees, residents and potential clients. Minimum three (3) years of solid property management experience is required Tax Credit / Section 8 housing experience are also welcome Bilingual is preferred. Capable of speaking both Spanish and English proficiently Strong sales experience and innovative marketing skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Administrative, budget and property management software skills including OneSite, Bluemoon is preferred, not a must.
