Experienced Property Managers needed for apartment communities, located in Houston, Texas . The ideal candidates will posses excellant customer service skills and must have at least 2 consecutive years of managing an apartment community 250 plus units. Some of the duties include and are not limited to the following:
Must know One Site
Must be able to manage staff of 3 or more
Must be very organized
Must be direct staff to maintain a high occupancy and low delinquencies
Must be a problem solver
Must have great marketing strategies
Must be familiar with the TAA laws
