Maintenance Tech (I-10 & Woodforest) in Houston, Texas For Sale

National Management Company seeking Maintenance Technician, must have experience in the apartment industry,must be HVAC certified, and must have valid Driver Lincese.
Job Duties:
Efficient completion of work orders
Prepare apartments for new residents -- turn units
Ensure property meets all safety standards
Work to achieve and maintain overall curb appeal of property
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Applicant must be knowledgeable in all areas of general maintenance and must be customer service orientated with a can-do team spirit.
Maintenance Tech will Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair involving but not limited to the following on a daily basis:
A/C and heating systems
Swimming Pool and Pool areas
Electrical and Plumbing
Appliance repair and installation
Water irrigation systems
Gates, fences, patios, railings
Carpet, flooring
Interior/Exterior lights
Ceiling fans
Doors, cabinets, windows, trim
Door locks
Ceiling leaks
Walls -- repair, paint, texture
Person will be responsible for on call hours on a rotating basis.
