CT -Transaction Management Group- Specialist- Houston (Job Number: xxxx547) Description The Transaction Management Specialist (TM Specialist) performs a broad range of tasks to assist the TMG Team Leaders and Transaction Managers with the operational and administrative aspects on new transactions and amendments. The TM Specialist will assist with review of basic legal documents for complex transactions to ensure compliance with Bank documentation standards and operational efficiency, prepare and update deal summary information. The TM Specialist will prepare and update deal summary information based on review of complex legal documents, coordinate with clearing systems to maintain information required for closings, maintain all drafts and final documents in TMG files, and receive, copy, and deliver original notes/bonds to the related vault. The TM Specialist will assist in preparation of BAC/IBAC forms and completion of closing checklists, weekly pipeline updates, provide DLM colleagues with information related to TMGs scope of the DLM new account forms for the set up on the trust accounting systems, bond/certificate accounting systems, clearing systems and tickler systems. In addition, the TM Specialist will assist in compiling information for new and amended deal spreadsheets for related TMG regions, as needed. This position will be in training for the transaction manager position. Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree. 3 years of relavent work experience. 5 years of relavent work experience preferred.
