Job Description:
The Community Development Manager is to lead an interdisciplinary team to entitle, plat and develop land development projects and deliver completed and served lots for sale to Company Builder and 3rd party builders.5 :10+ years project engineering/land development with high volume residential land developer, home builder or residential engineering firm REQUIREDBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering highly preferred.The winning candidate will come from either a high volume production home builder, residential land developer OR engineering firm where the main focus was residential land development.Client will consider all candidates from the State of Texas but the position is located in Houston, TX.This is one of the Houston Metro areas most respected residential land development companies.
