Job Description:
Broker Asst / Business Development position would be responsible for:
-Developing new clients through prospecting (cold and warm calls), networking and other avenues to generate new business
-Strengthen relationships with existing clients
-Following up to new business opportunities and scheduling meetings with prospects
-Planning and preparing presentations
-Communicating benefits of services to prospective clients
-Overseeing the development of marketing literature/ packages
-Assisting agents in securing new business and throughout the negotiation process
-Providing ownership with feedback
Position will require a Texas Real Estate License. Candidate must have a license or be in the process of obtaining one. Candidate should be well organized, ambitious and have strong interpersonal and social skills. Must be able to coldcall and cultivate new relationships with decision makers of businesses. Commercial real estate experience/ background helpful, but not required. Creativity in marketing beneficial. Knowledge of SalesForce helpful.
