A few communities located in the Medical Center are currently looking to hire for multiple positions including: Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Marketing Consultant, Service Tech, Make Ready, Groundskeeper and Housekeeper. PROPERTY MANAGER GENERAL PURPOSE: Must be familiar with the Medical Center Area and OneSite Software Supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operation, profitability, quality service and resident relations. Oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets, physical Service, advertising, leasing and pricing. Effectively create a marketing and management program to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, and value of community. Effectively select, hire, train, motivate, counsel and reward employees. ASSISTANT MANAGER GENERAL PURPOSE: The Assistant Manager is responsible for many of the same responsibilities as the Property Manager with more emphasis on generating leases, maintaining and increasing occupancy, effectively communicating with residents and establishing a profitable renewal program. Responsible for monthly reports, receiving and posting rent, and assisting the Property Manager with coordination of day-to-day activities of the community. The Assistant Manager should be capable of operating the community in the absence of the Property Manager. MARKETING CONSULTANT GENERAL PURPOSE: Weekend work and outside marketing required Provide prospective residents with positive overview of the community. Responsible for the leasing of all apartments including, but not limited to, promoting your community via social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, taking prospective resident phone calls, giving tours, processing on line and lease paperwork, and performance of miscellaneous clerical duties SERVICE TECH GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsibilities of the Service Tech II are similar to that of a Service Tech I, with additional duties associated with being certified to perform HVAC repairs and pool/spa maintenance. Responsible for maintaining physical condition and appearance of community. Provide timely and courteous response to resident service requests. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC repairs, general maintenance repairs, pool/spa maintenance, and make-readies. MAKE READY GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for maintaining physical condition and appearance of community. Provide timely and courteous response to resident service requests. GROUNDSKEEPER GENERAL PURPOSE: Primary responsibilities involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The Porter/Groundskeeper will also assist in other areas when needed, as directed by the Property Manager. HOUSEKEEPER GENERAL PURPOSE: Perform the overall housekeeping services of the community under the supervision of the Property Manager or Service Supervisor.
