Shining Force is searching for a like-minded individual who can play a progressive Metal style. We are looking for some one who is consistent, willing to practice and do homework, has transportation and equipment, loyalty and above all believes in God. We are all down to earth and do not judge. We understand every person has their own walk with God and is at different levels with Him. It is important to have a fellow believer, so that we are not hypocritical.
For a short time we have posted some scratch demo tracks at www.reverbnation.com/shiningforce that we will be using for the audition. Again, it is not the final cut, far from it. The songs do present the structure needed to practice and learn with.
We will soon be booking several concerts in Texas and soon afterwards in other states. We have our third full length album about to release. There are pending label interests.
Currently we all have day jobs. However there is strong interest in the musical community regarding our impending release. We need a drummer that can play the material the way it is written and contribute their own style to our next album we are currently writing.
Shining Force has been around for over 15 years, been signed to two labels, our music is played on several webzines and radio stations, we have charted within the top 5 on different Metal Genres and our music has been played in several countries throughout the world.
We have a private air conditioned studio with drums in place. Albeit you will need your own kit for shows. We perform at Clubs, Churches, Fund Raisers, Benefits, Concert Halls, Schools, Youth Group Rallies, Festivals and others...
Throughout the years we have shared the stage with several legendary and national recording artists.
We are patient, laid back and honest. We are passionate about the music because it is a gift from God.
