I have had the machine for a couple of years and used it; I have been the only owner of this machine. The machine has 3,000,000 sitiches of sewing on the machine. I have not used it for embroidery. The machine was just serviced and ready to go and has all the computer updates available. The hoops that are with the machine are small, medium,large and the jumbo hoop. None of these have been used.
The manual and other information is included as well as all the information that I collected at the user class. I also have added additional information to the manual any time I needed to trouble shoot.
